750 Commerce Drive is an approved, to be built, 90-unit, Class A transit oriented, mixed-use development in Fairfield, CT.

The project site is located 0.1 miles to the Fairfield Metro/Black Rock Train Station (direct train service to Grand Central Terminal), which is a convenient walk for residents, and less than ¼ mile to Interstate 95. The project is situated steps away from great neighborhood retail including Whole Foods, CVS, Home Depot, and several local restaurants including Sallys Apizza, ESH Mediterranean, Elicit Brewing Co., and Little Goose.

The project includes 4,313 square feet of retail on the 1st floor; 90 residential apartment units located on floors 2-5 and 118 parking spaces. 38 of the spaces are in a covered parking garage.
